If a US member is interested in purchasing, it's your responsibility for transport and importation but I am happy to assist where I can. Many forum members here have done it to and from Canada, apparently it's no big deal and fairly easy.

Car has seen the track but has been diligently maintained with no expense spared. I have every single service record from the day the car was sold to the original owner, as well as the original window sticker.
DME report from May 2016 shows
range 1: 9413
range 2: 1913
range 3: 195
range 4: 12
range 5: 1 (not possible, a glitch in the dme).
Other than maybe some range 1's from hitting the rev limiter, this report will not have changed during my ownership. I can provide the PPI report I had done at a reputable indy when I purchased the car earlier this year. Or you can have your own PPI completed, no problem! I am located near several Porsche dealers as well as several very well respected indys.
Myself and the turbo are regulars at our local saturday morning cars and coffee - many RL and 6speed members have seen the car in person and can vouch for its condition. I'll be out tomorrow morning at cars and coffee as usual, at the Starbucks location in Mississauga if anyone local wants to come check it out. Check the RL Canada section for details on the cars & coffee meetup.

Bump - $68k USD with 44,000 miles. Updated main ad to better reflect the audience here being mostly USA based. $90k / 71,000 probably got a few laughs if you were thinking not in kilometers / canadian dollar.
Good opportunity for someone in the market for a 997TT to capitalize on the current exchange rate. Cheers.
