FS: Ruf Style Exhaust, Stock ECU, misc.

Some of you may have seen my threads in the 996TT section, I am having to spend alot to repair the car I just got so I am selling some of these parts that came with it.

RUF Style Exhuast w/ Quad Tips - best offer + actual shipping. Shipping will be around $100 in the lower 48. I cannot test fit this to give my opinion on sound since the car is under the knife, but its supposedly deeper and louder than stock but not the loudest option out there (you can search some for opinions on it vs. others).

Stock ECU - $700 obo shipped. This will have to be programmed to your car but should be simple from what I have read on the boards. Part 996.618.606.01

I've also got the unused original spare tire/tools, graphite gray rear seats, oem rear rotors with around 60% life left (previous owner replaced all 4 when fronts were needed). Make an offer if interested in any of these things.

I will also soon have a passenger compartment wiring harness fried in the dash area. Could be used to repair your harness or connectors (not dash area) once I confirm no damage anywhere but the dash.

This exhaust is off a RUF 550. I don't have documentation on it but it is very loud and aggressive (more in line with the loud exhuast out there, not tame like the $7k RUF exhaust out there). Asking $1200 shipped in the lower 48. As most of you know quad tips like this alone are $500+! These are unique and aggressive and will set you apart from the crowd!

I believe the tune is slightly different for a k-24 car vs a k16 (this is off a k16 car), probably a few other differences but I think its the same base ecu. Like Ari said ask your favorite tuner, I would suspect they can tune this one to work with a GT2 if it won't as is.

To my best knowledge the ECU will not work with a GT2 because the imobilzer codes cannot be manipulated to work without being a K16 car... I may be wrong though... it has happened before, lol.

As for the exhaust, do you know what is different than stock? Obviously the Cats are drilled and the new tips are welded on but can you confirm if the baffles have been changed or any other modifications? I find it hard to believe that RUF simply pulls the stock system, drills the cats and puts it back on.

The Ruf exhaust is one of the best sounding units i've ever heard. If I didn't already have an exhaust I'd be all over this. Don't know how Ruf does it with a stock core but the exhaust makes a great sound!

I would like to get this exhaust out of my garage, I'll let it go for $700 plus shipping! I stock exhaust sells for $350 around here and these tips would cost over $500 to do, you are getting the drilled cats/reworked exhaust for nothing! Any lower and I'll likely just keep it and try it out on my car when I get bored with my current.

I'll sell the ecu for $500 shipped. I'll just hold on to this if it doesn't sell for $500.
