The RG5 came with my 996 TT when I bought it. I don't know how many miles previous owner had it. I put about 4000 miles on them. There was no rubbing issue whatsoever. At that time, the car had stock struts with H&R lower Springs.

I love the look of your wheels.
Will they fit right on my 2001 996TT without spacers?
Any alteration in ride height from stock?
Ryan
Yes, they fit right without spacers. I had them on my 2001 TT for about 4000 miles. I had stock struts and H&R Lower spring when I had the RG5 on so I don't really know how different it would be. The attached picture will show you how much lower with stock struts and H&R spring.
