That Cadillac is one amazing car, and it should be beating its straight competitor. They set out to beat the M5 and it does that, so M3 shouldnt be a surprise. Its good though to see your car with the mods where it is, b/c so many people give the new m3 a bad rep that its slow around here. Props for the video, I think I gotta go look into buying a V now lol.

Thanks! The car has done surprisingly well, I managed a 118MPH trap on the Vbox as well, gonna try again with some DR's and see what ET I can manage.

Fantastic results my friend.

Just curious --- a ballpark idea of what the mods cost to get that extra performance? Feel free to PM if you'd rather not make it public knowledge.

Scott - I had a feeling you were getting out of the Z06. I assume you finished the project? What was the reason for selling? Just wanted back in a FI Pcar?

Thanks for the reply DLS. That is cheaper than I thought it would be. I am just amazed at the performance against those cars. Congrats on a beautiful piece.

Hey Drew, was the CTS-V you ran a 6M or Auto? They had a 3 way shootout in the new Car and Driver magazine. Apparently the manual is substantially slower in the 1/4 mile than the auto they tested (ringer?). In this test, the manual CTS-V only trapped at 117mph, and was not as quick as the new E63 AMG, through the 1/4 mile, or 0-60mph. In fact, the Jaguar was also just as quick 0-60 and 1/4 mile. What is it with all these fast 500+hp sedans out now...LOL.

That's exactly it, guys. The Z is a great car, but I simply missed being in a Porsche. I guess I'm just another P-car fanboi...
