Audi's have amazing interiors, second to none, but I think the Cayman is probably a more enjoyable car.

Cayman S w/ standard 18s (and maybe PASM) is pretty practical (2 trunks), comfortable DD if you don't need to carry more than 2 people, or deal with bad winters. on the other hand many cayman club members have reported that the Cayman is good in the snow with a set of snow tires.

I would wait until January or February and get the new '09 Cayman S thats coming out. 330HP, DFI, PDK tranny, facelift, new nav system, bluetooth, iPod connector, voice activation... will be a big difference!

Stay with the Cayman... it's still a hotter looking car compare to the Audi.

also my friend has an a3 with 22,000 miles on it. CEL came on and car died today. pass.
Great reason for choosing the CS. What happens to your friends A3 will no doubt happen to all Audis in existence .

drove the S5 on California speedway for 30 min.
I think the RS6 is better. And not even come close to a boxster in terms of driving experience.

Funny thing...
2 weeks ago I got a call from an Audi Dealership and they told me they had an S5 available for immediate shipment. I stressed over it the entire night. I let myself sleep on it and when I woke up on Saturday, what I needed to do was crystal clear. I had gone 4 months without a Porsche and I was miserable. So as planned, the Porsche dealership sent a car to pick me up and I bought the Cayman and I've never been happier. The purchase experience was something I'll never forget. I am so proud and fortunate to have another Porsche. As for the S5, its a nice car, but I wouldnt have been happy with it like I am with the Cayman.

Two very different cars as many of us said...but I wouldn't even make a question...Cayman S is the goal!

If you compare audi with a porsche , sorry to say but you are crazy ... audi it's a lower class, it's down with 2 class than porsche ... come on porsche is a supercar .. get a CAYMAN S.

It's nothing to do with class or anything. You just cannot compare these cars. They are different things.

I like them both.

Time for lunch...which is better? Hamburger or Fried Chicken?
