Predicted resale value of a Cayman?

I was curious to see if the resale value of the Cayman non-s is predicted to mock that of say, a Boxster? They are roughly around the same price new in basic form. Around say low to mid 40's?

I think that is a pretty Good Assumption and the options dont even seem to matter much .Its pretty sad because you can buy a base cayman for 52k with very little options and a loaded one would cost 57k or so .The lapis Blue paint is a $2,000 add on ?? Crazy and you dont seem to get any more for that color on the re-sale market. Both cars are currently on the LOW side of the re-sale market.I check Auto Trader and E-bay all the Time and The Boxster and the cayman are depreciating rapidly and its a shame . I guess just Too many available or Recession here in the US?

I am new to the Porsche genre and this site is great for learning new info. I really like the Cayman model. What are some of the reasons for the depreciation of this car?
