Any updates on your UD Pulley?

Johnny Danger is infamous around these parts
The pulley install went well. However, it coincided with the installation of a new set of custom fabricated headers and cats. So its difficult to determine what increase in power can be attributed to the pulley. Also, just to clarify, BBI's newest pulley is in keeping with their original design which is much smaller than the oem part. However, the latest iteration is even lighter.

Oh okay gotcha... Did you notice any drawbacks or downsides with the pulley, like dimming lights, or anything with the accessories?

Also, do you happen to know what size the new BBI pulley is? I'm considering a 4" unit made by one of the Boxsterspec guys, that Jake Raby has been testing...

Thanks!

So far, no draw backs whatsoever. As far as pulley size is concerned, I never thought to check it, and unfortunately its too late to measure it. However, I can say that its much smaller than the oem, and a fraction of the weight.

Also, some astute members over on the Planet Porsche site made a good recommendation regarding the use of a smaller drive belt. Let me know if you are going to "pull the trigger" and I will go back into my notes and get the exact part number from Gates.
