I think the Porsche driver is screwed as she is clearly parked in a bus stop zone, and likely on the wrong side of the street. She will likely be cited as contributing to the accident. It looks to me like the buses parked on the right side of the road blocked traffic forcing the crash-bus into his choosing to swerve into oncoming traffic.
