boxster advice/help?

hey guys. just recently started looking at boxsters for track purposes. i'm currently looking at 97 to 99 so that eventually it can be spec boxster class eligible. what i'm looking for specifically is just experience, information about tracking these cars. any specific things to look out for when purchasing one and of course any advice in regard to mods, what works, what doesn't... thanks and look forward to your responses.

FYI: i do about half a dozen de events a year in my 996 turbo.. but it's just not cost efficient for me to track a car like that. Thanks!

Cajundaddy will become famous soon enough
Come on out and play. My brother and I run in BSX class and it's a hoot. The 98-99 cars have beefed up suspension points so I suggest narrowing your search to one of these. Pick out a car with a good service/owner history and get a PPI.
