Hey there I am going through the same thing right now except I only gave him 8,000 and he had sold some parts off my car which has now totaled around 10,000 - 11,000. I have been waiting now for 3 years and have been promised my car by next month. Keep me posted on the legal situation as I may have to go that route as well.
