mud flaps

I think most people prefer not to install mudflaps as they ruin the look of the vehicle, installing the clear bra in the areas that you want to protect is another idea, and is almost invisible especially with a good product utilized.

Hey Tommy,
I had rear mud flaps on my ex-2004 cayenne S and it worked fine to keep the panels behind the rear wheels very clean.
The last time I checked, Porsche only made rear mud flaps for cayenne, but not the front. And there are no aftermarket ones.
So in my current CTT I installed wheel arch extensions instead, but they did not keep clean as good as mud flaps.

After my first winter driving in the mountains I had my dealer install front and rear OEM mud flaps on my 05 CTT. $150 in parts plus $120 in labor. In snow, I can't say I notice much of a difference. Note that the rear flaps will not work with arch extensions.

After seeing how much snow gets kicked up I had my dealer install some OEM mudflaps. I can't say they do very much. I think wheel arch extensions would have been a better option. Unfortunately, you can't have both.
