Just an FYI, changing this out is much more simple if you use a deck that has a fiber optic option... if not, plan on rewiring everything from the deck back to a new amp (or just to speakers and an outside amp to the remaining speakers).
I just installed an Alpine touchscreen with nav/back up cam/sat radio/iPod/BT on it and had to rewire everything because the head unit was not compatible with the fiber optic cable utilized by Porsche.
I removed the amp/cd changer from the rear trunk area, and hard wires the speakers from the head unit (obviously couldn't re-wire all of them) and am looking to buy a 5 channel amplifier to power a stealthbox by JL and the remaining speakers that are currently unpowered.
hope this helps a bit.
