'11 - CTT Interior Color (Last decision!)

Hi All,

As some of you know I have ordered a CTT with white exterior (confirmed march build). Today I saw an umber/cream interior (JBM exterior) and its really bright and very classy. My only concern is the upkeep and maintenance not to mention its cream everywhere, even the doors. It was raining here and I accidentally touched the door with my foot and dirt rubbed off on it - this is going to drive me nuts! The contrast stitching was nice and the layout was stunning with a cool compass - amazing looking ride.

Two questions:

1) Would umber/cream go with the white - I mean it seems like it would.
2) How much trouble am I going to have keeping it clean looking (no kids).
3) Would Umber / Light Tartufo be a better overall combo?

Thanks for your help everyone. Last last decision!

Umber/cream is stunning. Djenders has this interior. Here is the link for some real life pics

Cream is impossible (well almost) to keep clean. But more importantly umber/tartufo would provide a sharper contrast for the sand white and my vote goes for that two tone interior of the two choices you have provided.

U R welcome. Please take a camera with you. None of us have seen real life shots of U/T interior. Jace has this on order for his CTT and he would love to see what is in store for him in his near future.

I think the umber/tartuffo would be great with white. While is not a live pic, on the porscheusa website, in the gallery section for the Cayenne, interior - there are some pics of umber/tartuffo with carbon fiber trim that I thought looks really interesting ... check it out

Got some pics..

Today I called a dealership that had umber / light tartufo, here are some pictures. As usually things can look a little different in person but here it is. Frankly I am not loving it.

From those pics, I'm not loving it either ... leaving me flat compared to the umber/cream or espresso/cognac

I love that color as well, but I'm not digging it with Sand White with the carbon fiber...needs something else to give it contrast and/or make it pop.

Maybe Auburn and Anthricite or Walnut/Olive, can't quite put a finger on it... The Amethyst might look good with it as well.

Very kid friendly and different than the regular beige or black or grey.

I'm not a wood guy, but that Anthracite is a beautiful color! At night it looks like piano and in the day it has a good mix of colors it would work with a good number of interior choices.

What's the rest of your build look like?

uhn2000 - I guess it's back to the drawing board -- Cream or Cognac?

Fortunately colors are such a personal choice. I love the umber, not so much the tartufo, but it sure looks as it was advertised. An earth (dull) tone and much easy to maintain compared to cream or even cognac. Jace, I am reminded of all those dads during my residency who are in awe when they see utrasound images of their unborn baby. You have two babies to look forward too. You have seen a preview of atleast one for now. Glad you are liking it. Remind me is yours a JBM exterior ? Sand white will go well with U/T. I am not so sure about JBM.

Applechili I too feel that wood has no place when one is looking for a sporty feel in the interior but I can certainly see why people would love the warmth and luxury feel that is provides. Ya why not benefit from a little Lexusy or Benzy interior when you are driving your sports ute. Nothing wrong with that.

How different is the espresso when compared to umber. To me it looks more or less the same. Applechili, (or others) any idea ?
