Is this standard without having to select it?
I didn't select it but want to make sure the auto start / stop is there.

 

Yes, the start stop feature comes with the 8 speed tiptronic. You can also turn off the start/stop feature with flip of a switch on the console.

Yes it is standard. In case they dont tell you it is not active when you have the car in sport, have a/c full blast, low battery, or extreme high/low temps whether.
Just got mine on Thurs, we love it! My buddy actually said this is a lot of car for the money. Imagine someone saying that about a car that costs this much, but I feel the same. Usually people say that about cars like CTS-V or Z06, but cars that cost twice as much....

Hope you ordered a lot of the options. They really make the car special.

 

i think he is asking when you turn the car on, is it default on each time.. or if you click the switch does it stay off for all future on/off's until you select it back again.

 

If you turn it off it stays off the next time you start the car
