I believe EVO Motorsports has some HP options with upgraded turbo's for the Cayenne... up to 700HP I think! Check with Alex from Sharkwerks, he can give you some ideas on how to spend money.

Tell me the different between billet and the oem ! I am afraid that if I will have many problems if i willupgrade my turbos I will have problems in the oil, water, so I have already order a primary catalytic 200cell, upgraded intercoolers, ipd plenum, evoms intake , and I have already fit fvd cat bypass, gemballa exhaust and when I will finished the fittings I will play with the ecu flash a lot.I believe that all these parts will be my final with no other problem fitting

With upgraded(hybrid) turbos these cars can get around 600-620hp and 800-850nm to crank maximum, for more power modification on fuel system is must and thats not so easy on these cars, but of course can be done

RHF5 on 4.5 cars. 381 CFM
TD04 on 4.8 cars. 529 CFM
Looking at the amount they can flow 381 CFM each I would say you will be lucky to get much over 530-540bhp on the standard turbos, unless they have an hybrid compressor wheel??

This thread died. Let's resurrect!
1. Are the turbo manifolds different on the 955 and the 957? I imagine they are, but if not, just swapping to the TD04s would be an inexpensive upgrade.
2. If different, it should be fairly simple to have the RHF5s modified to flow better. A brand new turbo is only $850 from Suncoast. Does anyone have any ideas on that or someone who has already modified or "hybrid"ized?
