I have not heard of any issues related to the rods myself, maybe others can chime in, meth injection is going to add some power but it shouldn't be any issue whatsoever.

 

I wanted to start a pretty decent build without building the motor.

Rods,downpipes,catback,meth,intercoolers and epl tune.

Ive been looking at a few 05's and I think the build on the Cayenne is a great build coming from an audi.
