New 22 Tires / Wheels - Can I install myself?
Wife thinks we need to take it to a place to have them put them on...can I just jack up the car and unbolt the old and bolt on the new?
Anything else I am missing?

Ditto what Cole said. Just make sure you use a torque wrench with the right lbs set and maybe re-torque after 100 miles. I'm sure you can find the right torque lb setting online or call a shop and they can tell you.

Not trying to sound like a jerk but if you have to ask the question, no. If you want to learn then ask to go back in the shop and watch. It is very simple as already stated but you need the proper tools, primarily a torque wrench.
