unknown leak in the cayenne

Hey guys,

I was vacumming the car yesterday and underneath the passanger side front floor matt was a large area of moisture. I'm talkin a good amount of it, the carpet was soaked. Is there any known trouble spots that could be causing this? Its def from underneath somewhere, I just don't have the skills to rip out the carpet to see where it is?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Drain for the evaporator, possibly. Or one of the two front sunroof drains, if you have one?

I'd guess sunroof drain is plugged with debris. I was looking to buy an older Q7 and noted this complaint is common during my search.
