957 2009 bose amplifier problem





please can anyone help me with this problem my bose amp is not working the navi pcm 3(touch screen) is working fine but no sound can i swap with the older model from 2007/2008 or can anyone has a diagram of the amp so i can see what is hapend my father has a 957 turbo from 2008 i will try to fit his bose amp in my car sorry for any bad spelling from romania with love

older will not play.
how happen that "no sound"? check coding of pcm3, gateway and amp. or buy used at ebay, from new cayenne fits.

dvd no sound navi no sound radio no sound its like it is on mute i do not know how to check coding of pcm3, gateway and amp all I know I had the battery changed with a brand new one and the day after.......silence no sound I think I will buy a used one from ebay thanks for the answer sorry for bad writing

Check the connections on the back of the PCM and on the amplifier in the case that something got loose. Remove & reseat all of them.

My PCM would very infrequently startup with no audio, if I turned of my Cayenne and turned it back on it would come back. I remember once that I had to let it sit overnight for audio to come back. Not sure what caused it, but after reading your post I know that I have definitely experienced the "no audio" symptoms you described..

hi thanks for the offer but my cayenne has the pcm 3.0 my car is from 2009 and my navi seems to be fine only the amp is fried

I have just recently went to aftermarket head unit and amp. Not sure if it would work on your newer vehicle but I have a 2006 cayenne turbo S. Everything worked fine when it was removed. Head unit was hazy white.
