MAF Sensors - 2008 Cayenne V6
I got a CEL and ran a diagnostic on the Durametric and got a P1090 error code. From what I've read it is most likely a problem with the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor.
My question is, how many Mass Air Flow Sensors does a 2008 Porsche Cayenne V6 have? A DIY instruction on another site said it has 2 MAFs, but I don't know if it was specific as to a V6 or V8 model.

MAF Update
My 2008 Porsche Cayenne V6 has 1 MAF sensor. Earlier this morning before the new MAF sensor came in, my CEL came on again and I ran the Durametric and came up with the P1090 Fault and P1109 Fault. From what I read, these faults usually point to a bad MAF. I reset the faults and installed the new MAF. The MAF is a Bosch aftermarket part, which coincidentally is the same as the one I replaced. Hopefully this takes care of the faults.
On Thursday, I am having the Fabspeed Secondary Catbypass pipes installed while keeping the oem exhaust and tips. Eventually, I will upgrade to the Fabspeed Maxflo mufflers and pipes. I am also going to have the EPS Rear Driveshaft Center Support Upgrade Kit installed. Having recently installed new spark plugs and coils at 99,000 miles, the only thing I am waiting for is the transmission kit to be delivered so that I can have the transmission oil, filter and gaskets changed and the PIG will be like new!

I was told my GTS had 2 AMFS. I never tried to clean them. Just kept resetting the trouble codes and the check engine light for the Durametric AMFS trouble code would stay off for 2-10 days typically. Sometimes it would even go off by itself. It poured like a cat, so I knew it was a nuisance trouble code. Two different techs told me the AMFS wires needed cleaning with CRC spray, but I never got around to that b4 trading recently for myth Cayman S.

My Durametric scan said my LEFT MAF was out, so I replaced it, but still had the same problems, then put the old left one on the Rt. and now it all works? Does Duramertric call the driver's side Rt.? strange. Anyway, it worked. cleaning only bought me about 2 wks.

Interesting! Very clever move on your part.
I think mine said something like 'value beyond limit'. But I traded for a 2014 Cayman S. Whatever it was on my Cayenne GTS, it never affected the way the engine ran. It always purred and rumbled smoothly, like a large cat.
