I have been trying to turn the 2006 into my weekend hauler and fun rig but it needs some work to be finished out so it can run reliable before I go get another daily commuter car.

Recent coil and spark plug change revealed oil build up in the coils so I knew I had probably a weak gasket. I was getting a poor idle a few weeks back and did the MAF cleaner and it seem to work, then the poor idle returned. So I installed the new MAF, and cleaned the throttle bottle and changed the filter.

It still ran better and the CEL stayed on and indicated misfires shortly after again. Upon checking the coil packs the oil was noticed, it was worse than the 30k mile recent coil pack change 3 months prior. The oil was vacummed and parts ordered.

My local shop is willing to install the gaskets and Serpetine belt for 450 and I had the parts overnighted to get it done by Friday.
