Found this part on the floorboard of my 957.
Any idea what this is?

It looks like a cosmetic cover for the front seat rails.

Nice first post and that is correct. I kept knocking mine off so it went in the glovebox.

That must be how they deliver them. I had the same thing when I got mine. Has to be a TSB for all lots that sell used cars/trucks.

Mine was missing when I bought my Cayenne. The seat rail looked nekkid without the little cover, so I replaced the missing part.

I would name the part Bob.

On each end of the seat rail covers (they cover the sides) That is the plug that goes in the middle of the top of the end of the covers. There should be 4, one for each corner.
