Check out the battery first. A battery running low can cause ALL sorts of issues. Also check to see if you have a 2nd battery in the back. Some cars do and some don't.

ill check the battery. I have not noticed any slow cranking issues, and voltage is reading 13.9 ish volts at idle.

i cleared many of these yesterday and checked them a while ago after my wife has driven 10 miles or so and many have not come back.

I am still getting the headlight load sensors, etc... and the PCM is still blinking on and off.

Take it in and get it load tested. It may not be the culprit, but if it is will be a much easier fix than pretty much anything else that could be causing the issues.

so i have an update.

i replaced the battery yesterday and went ahead and pulled the headlight assemblies. i changed the drivers bulb (nonfunctioning) and it still didnt work.

I was going to switch the ballast/control module and when i removed the drivers side it was full of water. I mean the control module/ballast was literally filled with water.

So i have ordered a new one and will be cleaning the female pin connectors in the headlight assembly as they look crummy.

Recently one of the symptoms was that the windshield wipers quit...
could the connection/control module issue in the headlight assembly affect the windshield wipers?
