side mirror and seat repair help
1. My wife backed out of the garage and took off the pax mirror. The housing looks good enough to keep but i need the mirror. Does anyone know what part number and best place to buy one? I think I can install myself. Does the housing interior etc look good enough to just fix with a new mirror? see pics
2. Back of driver seat has come off and I think I need a few replacement clips. See pics/
3. Mechanic says the starter needs to be replaced because it cranks REAAALLL slow and sometimes won;t crank.
Thanks for your help, this is for an 06 turbo.

Installing the mirror is easy, you just push it straight in and the clips snap in place. Literally a 10 second job.
I would look for a used mirror glass. I always check ebay for parts but there are probably other places for used parts.

Just make sure that the replacement has both plugs. One is for the heater which I believe is standard and the second is for autodimming which was an option (although a very common one).

I fixed the mirror with help from the forum.
I did not hear back about the seat. it appears from another forum that this is an issue in hot areas of the country. Here is a thread from another forum:

For the seat back, the best product I've used is black ge silicone on the three glue tabs at the top. Lasts for about 3 years. Hold the panel on with painters tape and crack the windows overnite in mild temperatures. Done mine twice in 6 years. All other glues i tried failed. Remember internals must be accessable.
