Install a PCM 3.1 on Cayenne Diesel With CDR 31

FM radio station frequencies in North America end with an odd digit, eg. 98.1 98.2, in some Asian countries, it ends with an even digit, eg. 98.0 98.2
I remember some of the all regions home use FM digital tuners have a switch to adjust this, because the frequency goes up/down by 0.2MHz, so you need to set the tuner to start from an even or odd end frequency. Hope I am not confusing you.

Confusing Me?)))
Switch freq. step not necessary on European headunits, they can receive odd and even stations because step = 0,1MHz.
But then you put head in the car, you will need perform coding with piwis tester.
After this you will see NA frequency step.

So there are no serious problems related to the FM receipt
it can work in Europe.
How do you think about this unit?
they said - fully tested.

GPS located under cover on top of the windshield - in EU car. As I see americans - they has kind of antenna on roof in rear part. You found non EU gps on ebay.
My suggestion - try 7$ fakra. put it on roof and then under dash, to compare GPS reception, go to "position info" in pcm menu to see how many sats in use.
I do not have manual in English.
Do you have amp and wires?

I'll tell technicians from Porsche to do like that. pcm will arrive in 10 days.
The next step is amp and wires.
I think I'll order this week. I have your list with codes and part names.
part 958.645.302.00 Amplifier price is 400 eur. I didn't check prices for wires and other, I hope it is not expensive)
So all parts from your list are ok for cdr31 to pcm 3.1 conversion? I can order them?
I asked you about operating instructions WKD 952 020 13 → English,
this is official procedure from Porsche? wiring diagram for new amp and cables is there also?
Porsche deler will install this but I wanted to have this also in any case.
thanks

Is it easy to connect pcm with new amp and all cables?
But if buy i-soctec amp and quadlock I'm not sure that Porsche will accept to install. Car is still in warranty. Just a guess.
Also I will need codes to activate navi, offroad navi, bluetooth and usb.
(I allready have bluetooth on my cdr31) pls help

Dealer of course have all manuals.
Installation of I-sotec amp will be aesy, but in you case may be better follow original way.
To keep all in original.
Will you replace antenna amp and wiring?
Regarding codes - see PM

Is it the same antenna connector from Cdr31?
radio cable connector wiring on cdr31 is the same as on pcm 3.1 ?

no.
You should change connector housing.
use 970.044.900.99
or universal coding blue housing.
According manual you have to change antenna amplifier, 958.647.312.01
But this will not improve FM reception imo.
