I just got this yesterday via email from the VM Settlement class action attorney.. Good reading but a tad complicated.

 

I hope the decision date for VW doesn't stretch into 2018. But getting half the restitution money and the $1,500 for the Bosch involvement for the time being will ease the wait.

 

I read the 50 pages or so doc and one point Im fuzzy with is the how the milage plays into compensation. A few times it says regardless of milage but a couple of times comp may depend on if have more than 15k a year. Im out if the country so cant look up my vin. Ill know more later this weekend.

 

There will probably be a fix, but the clean trade in value includes mile adjustment based on more or less than 12.5k mpy, listed NADA options, and options costing over $1,000,
