a buddy bought an o5 cayenne S and he wants to do the front end of a 08+

is it a direct fit ?
fenders, headlights, hood, bumper, etc ?

Carnewall has good prices but wont ship the parts, they say the electrical mod is so complex they have to do it themselves.

Yes - you can facelift the 08 into the older Cayenne's but I think it would be cost prohibitive. Since fenders also has to change as well as the lighting, headlamps.
