Interior Trim Removal / Installation Instructions

Replacing the sports aluminum interior trim with wood trim.

Is this a DIY? Anyone have instructions and any special tools required?

Thanks

I managed to replace most of the door and dash trim - they are attached with simple clips on the back....the two trim pieces on the dash (behind and to the left of the steering) seem to have different clips at the back so I did not want to mess with those.

I have yet to replace the centre console trim. Hoping someone here would have some instructions / tips.

Thanks

Cpa4S is on a distinguished road
the centre consol is easy - lift the rubber from the bottom arm rest storage and you will see the screw holding the console - i think it was shown in the manual? anway, from there the thing is easy. the shift surround was clips of some sort if i remember. it was easy, just a while ago when i did it. the sliding cup cover is pretty easy as well.

the trim pieces are easy to pry off if you don't mind breaking most of their pins. now the pins can be re-glued but i trashed 1/2 of mine; so much for sale on Ebay that i didn't care.
