Income is good and we own our house in SoCal outright, but my credit score is hurting from a student loan that slipped off of our radar for a few months after a move a couple years ago. Everything since has been handled via online billpay so no issues for the past 2 years, but the previous late payment has taken its toll on my credit... Any ideas out there?
