The F430 Scud is my dream car and I would pay that much if I could afford it. Too bad it will remain a dream

Available at market value, but buyer cannot reside in another Ferrari dealer's zone??? Why is that?

If they sell a new car to a resident of another dealer's area, then Ferrari will take away one of their new car allocations.
