Miami Vice Ferrari Testarossa awesome story and pics

Last week I sat down with Jean Claude Ratte. For hours he entertained me with stories of his past and years in the tuning business. He has built cars for drug lords, movie stars, entertainers, and corporations. I am going to create a series of blogs with some of the stories and I wanted to share them with everyone.

Jean Claude Ratte was the guy who converted the Ferrari Testarossa’s for Miami Vice, worked hand in hand with Uwe Gemballa and patented the first propane powered marine application and much much more. Enjoy!

Check out the blog above for pictures of Andy Gibb and his Gemballa, the Miami Vice cars and more. I thought you guys would really love the Testarossa construction pictures.

Here are a few photos not in the blog.

The Testarossa was a huge step up from the "Daytona". It really got you to say "I want that".
