What is a realistic price for an 07' F30 Spider

I have a good friend trying to unload a 2007 F430 Spider. His Scud is coming any day now, which is the reason he's selling. I dont know all the little nity gritty options on the car, but I know the main points. 1100 miles, F1 shift, non-carbon brakes, they are regular steel brakes, no carbon in the engine bay, gunmetal color exterior (no clue about the real color name), and black interior. I can get the window sticker from him if you guys think I dont have enough info here. It looks like the average price on ebay and autotrader is around $230-240K. Is this really accurate? He is very motivated to let it go ASAP!

Thanks so much in advance,
John

i think a spyder could still fetch upwards of 200k. the biggest thing that hurts your sale is the color.

This is the car in question, everyone. Anyone else have any input on REAL street value?

The ad says, "Dream no more." The seller needs to take his own advice if he wants to sell the car.

That's not my friends ad, who owns the car. It the guy's who is selling it for him. I told him to drop the BIN price.

Any ideas as to what it's worth today? What are they selling for? Are they selling?

John

I agree... market's tanking on these 430s... Sucks, because I almost hopped on one few months ago. Good thing I didn't.

Do you guys think the market will come back, like real estate? Or do you think the cars will stay at their current values and go down slower when the market "comes back"?

The guy selling it doesn't need the money. I think it's better to tell him to keep it and enjoy it till things shape up a little. I will suck to pass on a Scud though.
