Well if you ALL had one glass......you spent $5400 of your tab on wine...which backed out of your tab would leave $2242 on dinner which would be quite reasonable for dinner for 12 ...but I'am guessing you all didn't drink it.....

Maybe a bit late, but try Nobu in the HRH. I had a $380 Kobe filet grilled at the table with white truffle reduction, and it was magical.

I went to CUT earlier in the month. I ordered a Nebraska rib eye and my wife ordered the American Wagyu sirloin. The quality of the beef was great, but I thought that both steaks had too much rub which dominated the flavor. I'll definitely try Craftsteak the next time I'm in Vegas.

Just got back from Boa in Vegas. It was very good, but I wouldn't call it a great steak. We both had the rib-eye. I had the blue cheese rub, which I like, but the wife had a plain steak and it was good but not great.
Honestly, I'd say Smith and Wollinki's is a touch better, but doesn't have to cool decor. Boa is the only steak place I've gone to where there were a few tables of all women out together.

Did someone say Snake River Farms Wagyu?

Got a nice deal on 8lbs of filet from a friend that owns a local restaurant.

$600/person for dinner just seems excessive.....that's about 100 Chipotle burritos!
