If you go to CUT you should dress upscale trendy thats what my friend said when he went their last summer. I guess the in color at the time was purple so everyone was dressed upscale with purple accents. I thought that was interesting. His dinner bill for two was around 300. I asked him if it was worth it. He said "yes, but she was worth more"
Went to Botero at Encore this week and the atmosphere with the view of the pool and the garden was very nice. Had the filet mignon, and did notice they have a Japanese Kobe on the menu.
Didn't pay enough attention to the food, as the AVN Award (porn) was in town and some of the nominees were having dinner at the next table.
Its not fancy and the meat is cooked tepanyaki style but there is a Japanese place located withing Caesers Palace called Hyakumi, its some of the best Japanese Kobe i've ever eaten and they have some amazing Toro there too.
I believe the Kobe tepenyaki meal is around $400... worth it though...
Depends on how you want it prepared, if you just want it steak style then go to the CUT at Palazzo. I just went last weekend and between 12 of us our bill was $7642. Yeah chew on that one!

Our bill was around there as well for 10 people. The Snake River Farms Filets are my favorite. I think I prefer American Wagyu slightly over pure Japanese. It's just easier to eat a lot more of then Japanese. I won't lie both are wonderful.
Palazzo = best restaurants in Vegas. I went to that Mexican place as well and it was just as every bit amazing as their other restaurants.
