Looks very promising, what program did you use to create the renderings?
I'm not sure what program it was. The architects produced the renderings.
Which I think look pretty good ...it helped me a lot to understand the final product

Gone: 2001 996TT Protomotive PE700 with full Techart GT Street body and a lot more stuff. Too fast for me...
I would think this style would be easier to build then a standard house. Just seems to be better built, with more efficient use of materials, space, and energy.

Actually it's way harder to build a house like this since all the finish detail is heavily reliant on the actual building materials. So you can't hide mistakes with stucco, dry wall and paint.
