I'm not sure what program it was. The architects produced the renderings.
Which I think look pretty good ...it helped me a lot to understand the final product

Here is an update. Roof deck is done...nice views of the ocean and the rest of the project is coming along quite swimmingly!

Awesome....looks great.

I would think this style would be easier to build then a standard house. Just seems to be better built, with more efficient use of materials, space, and energy.

Actually it's way harder to build a house like this since all the finish detail is heavily reliant on the actual building materials. So you can't hide mistakes with stucco, dry wall and paint.
