Hey Guys! Beware here. Per my postings above, I bought and received a beautiful set of pedals. Unfortunately, because I already had a set of aluminum pedals installed (these looked much nicer), the holes did not match up, and could not be made to match up. After a long delay, HKE56Boy authorized a return, which I did. Today, many weeks later, after telling me my refund would be on its way a couple of weeks ago, he informs me that they sold the pedals to someone else who is saying the pedals are damaged. So, he is now denying a refund. I received the pedals in excellent condition, and returned them as such. I would assume they had inspected them before telling me a refund was to be issued, and/or inspected them before selling to someone else. I'm going the route of BBB complaint, and to Paypal and my credit card company.

As I stated in the last private message, in order for us to fully refund your payment, the merchandise must be in brand new condition, if you look at the pictures below we received from our customer, the pedals are completely scratched up. I trusted you by returning the pedals to us in perfect condition, yes it is our mistake for shipping the pedals to our customer without any inspection but I offered to help and I'd forward your message to our sales manager and have him solve this matter but you ignored my message and decided to take this to the public. I hope that some of you see my side of the story and empathize with my position.

Not sure what what happened, but from my previous experiences, I have been more than happy with the products/service from Simon and would not hesitate to buy from him again. But I hope you get this resolved to your satisfaction, I'm sure he'll have this taken care of.

I'll not follow this further here other than to say that I can assure you those are not the pedals I returned. The ones I sent back were in the same excellent condition in which I received them. I also have the correspondence between us where you authorized the return and stated the refund would be in process, although your replies were weeks apart, and you apologized for the delay. With that kind of delays, I doubt you can be sure the pedals are the same. I'll just got through my credit card company now.

There has only been 1 set of pedals returned out of the many that have been sold so it's not difficult to figure out who sent us those pedals.

I have a set of these pedals and they are awesome.

I saw this and wanted to weigh in on my numerous dealing with AutoTalent over the years. I've spent deep 5 figure numbers with these professionals over the years, including installation work, etc... and have always found them to be honest and to operate with a high level of fairness and integrity (not to mention awesome prices).

The type of products and service that they perform/sell would lead me to highly doubt them risking their reputation over a set of $100 pedals...

I was in last week and noted the $13,000 titanium exhaust made for a new M3 which blew my mind. When you are dealing with those types of products, not to mention the many ferraris, porsches and lambos which are catered to there, there is no way that I would believe any foul play exists here.

Unfortunately this looks like a mix-up and some communications issues which I hope are resolved fairly on both ends.

It was me that received the damaged pedals, I immediately informed Auto Talent

Hi Sam
I got your pedals yesterday, had a look at them today, I am not pleased with them, the dead pedal has scrapes and dents, gas pedal has a scratch near the top, both clutch and brake pedals has numerous nicks on them, would you like me to photograph them and email the pics.


Please take pictures of them & provide them to us so I can see what we can do for you. You are the first person that has mentioned this

A new set is being shipped out to you, not to worry. The pedals are being drop shipped so it was handled by a third party, they did not inspect the pedals upon return. You will not have to wait, I assure of that. Sorry for the inconvience, I was not informed of what happened till you received the pedals.

It is early here & am waiting for the third party to let me know how they will handle the return shipping.

crap, I just saw this today.... I got the Rennline pedals when they had their 15% off before Christmas. Great looking products, and I am sure they perform very well. Looks like you guys are doing a brisk business with these. Congrats for a well priced and engineered product!
