By any chance is there a replacement (with the foam insert) for the extinguisher that goes in the front passenger seat for the Cayenne?

The original version doesn't seem to be available, this may be the closest factory replacement available. We can sell the bottle only, pm me if you're interested.

This kit is for the driver's seat only. I checked the catalog, there is a RHD version available which may fit the passenger side. If you're interested, PM me for details. Thanks!

install process

Please give me an idea of the process to install this on a 997 with an Adaptive Sport seat? Does the seat have to be removed from the car? Do you need special tools for that?

Thanks

I just need a bottle, is it identical to OEM one? I have brackets but the bottle is missing.

It's on our site, listed at the bottom of this page: Click HERE. For the install, I'll see if I can get some feedback. Looks like you may have to remove the seat bolts, and let it lean it backwards to gain access.

I will look into the 996/986 version, it looks like it would be a little bit cheaper for those cars. I'm going to order a kit from Germany, PM me if you're interested.

Thumbs up

It looks like it may be pretty inexpensive, possibly $120-150.00. The parts are in route, it may take a little while to get them from Germany. Once I verify them, I'll update this thread.

Great!
I'm thinking about getting rid of the bracket.
I don't think I'll never use it or need it. but if the new price is much better then why not!
