saw these seats in person a couple days ago and met the crew at speedware. Cool guys and beautiful seats. Before these I wanted the pole positions but seeing them side by side.. the sparco dtm is just amazing. Hope to get a set sometime soon

Wow I did not know you could put them in an Audi RS4. I have these seats sitting in the shop gathering dust. I got them for my GT3 but the fit was unacceptable!!!
If I had known this I would have put them in my RS4.
I love the seats but have not been satisfied with the fit. I will hope to work with Speedware Motorsport to resolve this issue.

The factory seats are 76 lbs. and the Sparco DTM seats are 15 lbs. You can figure the difference.
I really want these seats in my GT3.

Cheers, GT3Ranger

GT3Ranger,
so it doesn't fit? this is strange, wonder if Speedware have them installed on a GT3 already to see if they fit?

they DO fit in an 997 gt3 and we have indeed installed them in a 997 gt3. the only clearance issue is with the stock seat belt receptical, and we've found a solution for this with a peice that we fabricate that extends the stock belt receptical. aftermarket seats are almost always a difficult install in a 996 or 997. last week we installed a set of Recaro Sportster CS's in a 996 GT3.. which was in theory an impossible install, but we made it work.

here are pictures of carbon DTM's in a 997

We have recently re-designed our 997/996 seat bracket. It gets the seat even lower in the car, and is a much better bolt-in design

How do you eliminate lights in the dash after the new seats are installed?

How well would these fit in an E46 M3 ? I need to convince myself the car needs some new seats and looking at these makes it easy.

The thorax bag light? Any dealer can disable it with the computer.

If you replace the seats...how many airbags are you losing?
Is there still a side impact air bag in the door or not?

rr4, you'll loose the side impact airbags on the doors. ROW GT3 with Clubsport package and all ROW RS don't come with the side bags.
