Really cool project. I can't wait to see it when it's done. Keep the pics coming.

I am painting the car GT Silver, with carbon fiber accents. The seats are in almost perfect condition, and yes they fit right in the car. They actually came out of the Redline movie car.

Yes that is one I am using, I am purchasing the used one from a rennlist member right now. I have been picking up used parts here and there for a while.

Guy's Joe has a great shop and does amazing work! He has done work on many NW 6speeders cars including vincents' RUF(look) 993TT, BruceM RSR 996 and mine. Mine will be going back to have some more stuff shortly.

Great work Joe

Joe is going all out with this project.
Guys, Joe recently did a fantastic job in transforming my 993TT and Brucem RS. Can't wait to see how this one will turn out.

Wow, congratulations, looks like some project. We own a shop down here in San Diego, Chapparone Auto Body & Painting, and it is nice to see other Body Shop guys on the forums. I haven't been up to Washington to check out the shops but a very close family friend, Ian McIntosh, just opened up a new Kirmac in Bellevue. I plan on making it up there in the next year or so and it would be great to come check out your location as well while I'm up there.

I would love to find a car that has been wrecked and fix it up like you are doing...makes for a great project, and like you said, a great way to show off your work to fellow members and customers.

Incredible project but I don't get it. Why not make it a 996 GT3 cup car or a 996 GT3 RS.

GL though and keep the pics coming!

very cool but the cool and non poserish thing to do would have been to make it a 996gt3 rs and maye throw the cup car type fenders on it as opposed to adding 997 body work, just my .02
