No, but it's a requirement on the track and it looks cool.
In Belgium it is a requirement on the road too. You legally need to be able to use the fire extinguisher within 10 seconds when sitting in the drivers seat. So no storing in the trunk or somewhere tucked away in the back of the car.
I guess it will cost a fortune to get that fire extinguisher + bracket too belgium though ...
Yeah, that's the one. Looks like you've got a manual seat there...will it work with a power seat? I love the Sharkworks fire extinguisher mount, I've been all over your site, but you only list the GT3 mount. I've seen other threads here where you have a different batches based on requests. This is one of the first things I'd like to do with my car...I carry a fire extinguisher in every car...and the Sharkworks mount looks awesome.

Hi J, thanks for the kind words and sadly there's not any room there so what we do have is one for the 996GT3 seat, 997GT3 seat, 997GT2 seat (or 09 Sport Buckets) and we're considering one for regular sport (manual seats).
