From what I hear the Heffner 560 is having issues.

Here is a Dyno Video of a UGR LP-560. This LP 560 still has the STOCK engine! At 5 PSI it is a bit over 700 WHP @ 10 PSI it made over 1000 WHP and 15 PSI it made 1100 WHP..........
Takes a bit to load video it is in high def.!

I heard about the Heffner issue as well...from what I remember they found away to correct it though.
I think because of the better transmission in the car, I'm betting that all this is just the beginning, they'll be able to push more out of this car's engine.
Heffners LP560 TT is a full motor build up not just a bolt on.
Heffner has also finished a fully built Murci TT.
My buddy that owns this car has now decided to build the motor, so they can see what it will really make. He originally wanted to just do the bolt on system until he saw their 1400rwh monster, now he wants more.. Building a motor is one thing, getting it to actually run/drive is another. I think UGR was just concerned about all the problems Heffner was having with his 560 build, they just wanted to get one running perfectly first before they built the motor.
