1200 Miles With The Countach
From Sant`Agata (the home of Lamborghini) to the UK.
epic (car and drive) imho!
"Evo's Harry Metcalfe drives his Lamborghini Countach QV
the 1200 miles back from the Lamborghini factory in Italy,
all the way to his house in the UK. The route included a blast
along the Route Napoleon, a dash across central France and
a trip on the Eurotunnel.
Finishing off the next morning at his home in the Cotswolds."

Thank you for sharing the video; a day’s drive of a 1000 miles in a Countach is without a doubt an epic journey
The foot well is tight and as you shared the brakes are interesting and the clutch is a leg work out not to mention the marginal air flow throughout the cabin.
She looks great!
All the best

Great vid! Thanks for posting. While it looks a bit dated now, it's still the IT supercar for those of us that were born in the 70's-80's. I remember James May's review of the Countach and how horrid and such a disappointment he found it afterwards. Eh, I'd still love to own one

agreed guys.
i remember when i was a kid in the early 80s and playing "Trump Cards". The Countach was the "top trump".
Here in Germany the Countach-Card was marked with "TOP A$$" (no, a s s just means ace in german ).
Anyway, I'd always hoped the Countach would fall in my hands and I could call for the highest Speed, HP,
etc. and win. The Countach owned them all at that time, it was kinda like what the Veyron is today,
the ultimate supercar and it is still a rockin` beast. I mean the sound alone is staggering!!
May is so wrong on this (like Clarkson is so wrong with what he thinks about Porsches).

They had a white Countach 5000 QV at one of my local dealers, I live in an area with quite a few exotic cars. And this car just took my breath away, this car with the right exhaust is by far one of my dream cars!
