I carry an XD .45. Im no gun nut, but I like shooting it, kicks like a 9mm, and Im confident enough with it that It will put somebody down if that ever happens.

I really want an M107 though. Not sure where id shoot it, but if I buy one Id find a place.

I`m really envying you guys...
the ease of access to guns is just mind blowing
here in Germany it`s a billion times harder to own something like that legally,...if not impossible in some cases

the only good thing is that no fool, who might otherwise try to stab you,can get easy access to such a gun.
the numbers of homicide and murder would really skyrocket if that was the case, because just as standard american citizens would not be able to handle the freedom of a unrestricted highway, because they are so used to the slow moving streams of slower driving cars on highways, many europeans would not be able to handle it if one could suddenly have access to guns much easier...

but again...I really envy you for your gun laws...
you can envy me for the Autobahn

I like Glocks because they're tough and very basic to operate. In my opinion, Glock model 27 (mini .40 cal) is best for carrying and the full size version, model 22, is great to practice with at the gun range. I'm not sure why, but I'm most accurate at the range with my Glock model 30 (mid frame .45 cal), even though I have an internal laser on the model 22. I would carry that but the model 27 is smaller.

The desert eagle is more of a show off gun.

get a compact HK usp 40, its small enough to conceal and packs a mean punch. its pretty accurate within 12yrds, but that all you need in real world scenario. here in tx (home of the cowboys), gun laws are a bit leniant. btw, night sights are a must.

Yes, it's a 308. Hmmm..I don't know why "your teeth were gonna' fall out"....Very litte kickback, delayed roller blowback operation...This rifle is dead-on even with with fixed sights. The best I have ever owned.......
