Thermal Insulated Glass and Toll Device
In reading the forum over the years there is from time to time some question about the placement of Toll devices (and other electronic devices) when the car is equipped with the Thermal Insulated & Noise Cancelling glass.
So after 2+ months of ownership my travels finally took me on a toll bridge where I was able to test it out.
I placed the EZPass in the exact location described in the Macan owners manual and it worked perfectly both times I crossed the bridge.
OK not a very exciting find but hopefully it will help others feel more comfortable if they go that route.

I like the option very much and would definitely order it again.
I think it compliments the Burm stereo nicely. Although I ordered mostly all the performance options so I could have fun with my Macan I also wanted it as quiet as possible as I do long highway rides for business and spend a lot of time on the phone try to make more money
I'm not sure about the heat resistance part but the cabin does cool down pretty quick even on a 95 degree day around here.
I know many here want to hear the exhaust all the time but the Macan is quiet inside to begin with so I doubt with the windows up high they block much additional exhaust sound anyway. For me I like to be in control and when I want to enjoy the engine sound I just open to 2 rear window a half inch and smile.
