The Perseverence II is owned by Mike Palumbo, a financier of Chicago.

And from what I've found on the net "Tò-Kalòn, a contemporary-styled custom 101′-06″ Enclosed Bridge Motor Yacht, is built
for speed for an experienced yachting family from the United States."
