Matte Gray over Black Maserati GT-MC

This Matte Gray over Black Maserati GT-MC is loaded with carbon fiber and exterior sport features. This car is almost perfect without any options, but of course we loaded them up anyway with alcantara headliner, polished aluminum brake calipers, carbon fiber interior package, carbon fiber internal areas, carbon fiber and leather wrapped steering wheel, 20" MC Matt Graphite wheels, Glossy black internal trim, and more.

I'm not a fan of matte colored cars because they look unfinished. However, I usually give props for nicely done mods even if they aren't my cup of tea.
I can't do it this time. The Maserati coupe is too stylish for the matte treatment. This doesn't even look passable.

Sorry, wasted effort.

How much of an option on the sticker is the matte paint? I like it actually and the wheels really finish it off nicely.

I agree with ice350. I just got a Bianco Fuji MC the other day at Maserati of Manhattan. I went there to buy the Matte Gray MC they had and once i got there it just didn't look as good in person compared to one with some gloss to it. To each his own though. Regardless of color it is still a kick *** car. Cheers

Yeah...I really like the matte blue MC, but this gray almost look just like a "primered" car.

I agree with those NOT LIKING the matte finish - reminds me (in a bad way) of my years spent in the Army (loved the Army - hate the matte)

I have to agree that this car doesn't look right without a shiny paint job, but still looks good!!

I love the matte look but would only do it in a wrap as opposed to paint. I feel like I would get tired of it after a year. Plus anything I buy I eventually have to sell and the matte finish could just be a trend that goes out soon.
