Armytrix Exhaust | Project McLAREN MP4-12C | Vivid Racing

We are happy to present our second collaboration project with Vivid Racing. After Project CLA45 AMG, we knew we just had to give it another go. By being a part of these projects, we hope to inspire car enthusiasts who dream about one day building his or her own ride.
Like a jigsaw puzzle, building a car takes patience and skills. Hours put into planning, selecting the right parts that brings about the perfect mixture of performance and aesthetic. For this McLaren MP4-12C project, Vivid Racing has gone all in. Armytrix is back at it with our top tier titanium valvetronic exhaust to lay down a barrage of explosive exhaust audio. Watch the competitions get shell-shocked. This build will also include a stellar lineup, including, WP Pro Brakes to help this stampeding stallion to stop on a dime. Rotiform to add some flair to the proceeding. Agency Power and Vivid's very own VR Tuned will take the McLaren's performance to infinity and beyond.

As most of you may already know, Vivid Racing has recently acquired a McLaren MP4-12C and is undertaking a total makeover of it. Armytrix is proud to be a part of this project and is just as giddy as the rest of you guys in seeing the finished product. Armytrix's ceramic coated downpipe traps the heat that's required to speed up the expulsion process. Exhaust gas particles moves at a significant higher rate inducing a mesmerizing exhaust audio output that'll certainly rival any F1 cars. Make sure ya'll follow their build thread and their blog for updates.

Designed and built to harness the McLaren's full power, minimizing any potential flow interference, generating full power and massive sound. Congrats to the guys at Vivid Racing for starting another masterpiece. Make sure to follow the build on this thread and Vivid Racing's thread, also their blog for comprehensive updates.

Going over the parts, there is a lot to discover in the way this Vorsteiner kit brings uniformity to the McLaren. The front bumper features huge air inlets to give much needed cooling. The front lower carbon fiber lip is separate and even more pronounced than that of the 650S. The bumpers carbon fiber side accents are a nice touch as they flow into the lower side skirt add-ons. The way the side skirts attach make them apart of the car when the doors open and close. Following these to the back is the grand prize of the rear bumper. Its carbon fiber touches and massive rear diffuser really make the rear more punctuated. The diffuser pan is separate like stock and the rear brake light is still integrated. Now we look up to the active aero wing. If you have seen videos or pictures of the 675, then this kind of makes sense. With the wing on by itself, its hard to make sense of it alone. But with the rest of the kit, it works well with the lines. The full carbon fiber blade still works as a air brake and its sides extend over the rear quarter panels.
