Wink Help, I can't stop detailing!!!

After dodging luv bugs at 140mph during my Sebring DE weekend , I decided it was time to perform a full detail on the GT. So far I have spent over 15 hours during the past two weeks getting her to semi concourse condition. Full wash, full clay, orbital buffer w/ 3M SMR to remove some light swirls, orbital buffer w/ Klasse All-In-One, and two coats of Pinacle carnuba done by hand, Lexol on rubber trim, vac interior, etc... I even pulled all four wheels to remove some left over cosmoline before finishing them off with Klasse.

Reflection in the shadow...

Wow... your car looks great max. You need to have a little seminar on using the orbital polisher to remove those pesky little scratches that are inevitable no mater how careful you are. I would love to learn how to use that thing better.

I know the feeling. Put 5 coats on the C4S today.

Wash with Dawn
Clay bar
Orbital Girots #2
Orbital Girots #3 (fine)
Meguires Glaze
Adams Butter wax
Rejex Polish

Needless to say my shoulders are a bit sore.

My advise...be very careful. The clear coat is pretty thin.

what does a clay bar do?
rejex is just a polish? (as in the final touch for your detailing masterpiece)?
