I know a very reliable FFL Dealer in Milwaukie that charges minimum transfer fees - FortMoe arms. He can take the transfer for you. Let me know if you want the cantact info.

The buying process is simply filling out and signing a form and sending it back to me with the payment.
I can then just mail the gun to any FFL dealer in your area for pick up.
