Alternatives to $500 oil changes at fwash?

Apparently fwash uses diamond-encrusted oil filters and it costs $500.

Looking to get the GT oil changed. Called Auto Scandia in Herndon and they flat out refused to work on a Maserati.

Looking for some place in NOVA, not in MD. Thanks.

$500 isn't that bad. Oil is about $10 / qt and filter can be $50. So parts alone is typically $150-175. Add a HR labor at $200. Then you get a detailing job so add $75.

They didn't detail the 355 last time I took it there

Lol

That's weird they didn't detail the car. My dealer always do a great job with that.

German Auto Group in Springfield! Ask to speak with Sammy the owner. He owns a couple of Italian beauties himself!

Dealer and Detail should never be used in the same line.

You don't usually want a dealer to detail your car. 90% of the time you will have surface damage that will take some real effort to correct.

IAP Racing in stering works on exotics ..... from my understanding you could get a oil change for under 400 for a 355

Instead of getting an oil change I just got rid of the car.

Sounds like you don't need a recommendation, but if anyone else is looking for a high-end independent that can handle this sort of work without the dealer rates, try Wisko Race Engineering. VERY experienced Ex-FoW employees are handling the F-cars there.
